KYC with digital signature
through OTP
Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and allow users to sign documents with One-Time-Password (OTP).
Overview
This KYC template helps you perform Customer Due Diligence by collecting necessary information, verifying the user’s identity documents, establishing their physical presence, and checking device ownership through OTP.
The template includes:
- A form requesting the users name, email address and phone number.
- An identity document verification step. The user is requested to take a picture of the front and back of his ID card.
- A face liveness step. In this step, the user takes a selfie of his face so his physical presence is determined.
- A face matching step. The face in the selfie is compared with the face in the Id card.
- A digital signature through One-Time Password (OTP) step. A 4 digits PIN code is send to the phone provided in the first step, the form.
With this template you can configure:
- Edit the form fields
- Edit the acceptance rate for liveness detection and document verification
- Establish OTP attempts limit (how many time can an user enter the OTP)
- Establish the expiration time (how long the OTP is valid for)
